Youth Anxiety Support Group

AYAAF recognizes that social distancing due to COVID-19 has had adverse impacts on mental health. To support youth that have been impacted, AYAAF will be hosting a series of virtual workshops that focus on understanding anxiety and developing self-esteem. The workshops are designed to empower youth by developing skills to improve coping with stress and emotional regulation.

The sessions will take place every Saturday from Jan. 9/2021 to Feb. 27/2021 (time TBD). If you or someone you know is interested in joining, please contact us via email to receive more information.
